Our all-inclusive package. It covers planning, design and coordination- 3 -18 months out. Designed to create an event tailor made to your specs, bringing your vision to life from go to whoa including your personal Stylist and Coordinator, for the duration of planning and on the day.

Every event is unique and comes with its own measure of joy and difficulty- our packages are designed to morph according to each event and the list of items is designed as an overview- where we don’t do one thing on the list we most likely will replace it with another and so on. Also worth noting there is a synergy that comes with organising the whole event and this allows us to cost it competitively. The density of each task involved varies greatly from event to event, & the jobs as noted on the list don’t all reflect their full weight, with much of the legwork not in booking but managing and coordinating as your event unfolds. Remember there will be unforeseen tasks that arise and we will be there to take care of them.

An example of what you get…in a nutshell

  • face to face meetings/skype sessions where required plus follow up correspondence (emails and phone calls)
  • manage wedding budget (costs associated with the ceremony and celebration) and overall plan including wet weather back up

A little note- the Big Enchilada is based on 85 hours – while we always endeavour to keep to our prices quoted- our costs are based on the number of hours and workload that in our experience the majority of weddings fall into- if for some reason there is an unusual spike in the workload we will inform you well before to discuss. We keep detailed records of time spent on each job and how.
